ABOUT US

Founded in 2017, Bilo is run by sisters and business-duo, Rebecca and Vikki, from our kitchens in the Surrey Hills. Creating beautiful scents that are simply packaged and a business that cares for the environment inspires our brand and work.

Our wax

Bilo’s hand-made candles are made in small batches using a natural wax blend of rapeseed and coconut wax. Our rapeseed eco-wax, sourced from non-GM rapeseed crops in Europe, aids fragrance retention, whilst coconut wax lowers the candle melt-point and helps increase the melt pool. This beautiful wax blend creates a longer, cleaner burn which is kinder to you and the environment. And its vegan too!

Our scents

Our candles, diffusers and room mists are infused with our own bespoke scents, all blended at home by us using essential oils and high-quality fragrance oils. Our scent combinations are unique to Bilo’s home fragrance products, you will not find them anywhere else.

Our planet

We aim to put as much love into our planet as we do our products! Our candle waxes are primarily eco-friendly and sustainable, and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable material. Our eco-journey has continued this year, with us removing all unnecessary packaging and plastics as part of Bilo’s rebrand, without compromising our product quality and presentation.
